Requirements (see application for details):

• 3.5 unweighted GPA

• Must have had HOSA Leadership Position

• Cannot miss more than 4 general meetings (Must be excused i.e. school related)

• Participated in one fundraising event and two community service events

• 80 community service hours

• Strong academic standing in Health Science classes

• Obligation free
