Follow these steps to register to become a HOSA member!
THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 27TH. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS.
1. Visit Online School Payments and scroll until you find "Medical Academy Dues". Pay and print out your receipt.
2. Find the HOSA Membership Contract below. Fill and print out this document.
3. Complete the membership Google form, which is linked below.
